01/ Overview

Bliss Flower Boutique is an online flower shop with free delivery based in Dubai. GTECH was assigned to handle Google Advertising for Bliss Dubai which included Search, Display, Shopping & Remarketing. 

02/ Challenges

  • Monthly orders from paid ads were below 50% of total sales
  • Initial KPI was to achieve 2x growth in orders from paid ads and develop strategies contributing to returning customers.

03/ Solutions

We paused all existing campaigns and started building from scratch. We created new search, display, shopping ads and set up dynamic retargeting ads for shopping cart abandoners. We also ran special promotional ads for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s day & launch of new Bliss physical stores.

04/ Conclusions

A 286.15% revenue growth from paid ads and 521.97% overall revenue growth from all channels in the past 30 months. Overall orders increased by 488.82% while website visitors increased by 192.64%
